Zoom Session Rules & Information

Please review the following rules and information regarding your Zoom session:

This session will start at the scheduled time. If you are late you will not be allowed into the session. It is recommended that if you are not familiar with the Zoom platform, join your session at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. If you are familiar with Zoom, we still recommend you join at least 5 minutes early.
Be sure to perform the provided audio and video test when you join your session. This will allow you to confirm that your audio and video are working properly.
Your camera must be turned on and pointed at you. It is a requirement that your instructor can see you at all times.
Do not join your session from a noisy job site or moving vehicle. Your instructor is required to communicate with you during your session. If the background noise is too loud or distracting, he may not be able to communicate with you. Be sure to remain still during your session and not walk around. This movement could distract your instructor or other attendees.
Be courteous and polite to everyone. This will be a group session with up to 5 attendees. The instructor has the right to remove anyone from the session at any time if these rules are not being followed.
When you log in to Zoom, it will request for you to enter your name. Please enter your name exactly as registered in your course. This will allow your instructor to easily identify you.

**Note**

During this session, you must be fully present and attentive to the instructor throughout the duration of the session to receive your certificate. Taking calls or performing work duties during a session are NOT permitted and will result in removal from session.
